The sanctioned posts of officers and officials on the establishment roll of RSJA is grossly inadequate. Presently, the Academy has been provided with following limited staff:

Posts of 03 Class IV persons (from Ex-servicemen Welfare Society) have only been managed on contract basis till these posts are provided on regular basis.
* These work created vide order no. P.10(17)/Nyay/2011 dated 28.06.2011. Sh. Brajendra Jain joined as Addl. Director (Admn.) on 23rd July 2011 rest of newly created posts are presently vacant.
** The post of Jr. Accountant is upgraded as Accountant vide order no. P.10(17)/Nyay/2011 dated 28.06.2011.
